Medicare Delaware is a nation-wide health insurance scheme which is determined by the federal government and contains chapters in every state of the country. Medicare Delaware is the Delaware chapter of Medicare, available only to the residents of the state of Delaware. It consists of primarily four parts, A, B, C and D. Parts A and B cover hospitalization costs and medical insurance costs while Parts C and D are the Medicare Advantaged Managed Care Plans and Prescription Drug Protection respectively. Eligibility is generally age bound. Individuals who are 65 years of age or above are eligible for Medicare in Delaware, while individuals suffering from end-stage renal diseases and physical challenges are also eligible even if they are below 65 years of age.
